Community Fitness
We all have the desire to get fit and feel great. But since we were established 2015, we’ve been serving Greenfield and the surrounding area. We provide a clean, safe, accessible, and convenient gym in a small rural community.
Small Town Fitness Inc. provides equipment for many fitness interest including cardio, free weights, powerlifting, strongman, Boxing and much more. We find out what’s important to you and improve our facility to fit many needs. This allows us to help you achieve your goals in record timing. We have everything you need—knowledge, experience and equipment. Get started today!

NRG- Darrell Upp
Build Muscle and Burn Fat
This class is sure to become your next obsession. This class blends Cardiovascular exercise with resistance training in order to build muscle and improve heart and lungs.
Weight Training-Instructional Periods
Time to Shred
Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. These classes will be Instructional classes focused on main lifts and their accessory exercises. You can use a premade general strength program from Small Town Fitness or apply what you learn to your own workout. We will also provide alternatives as needed to fit individual abilities.


Strongman (Strongwoman)
Maximize Functional Strength
This class is for anyone who wants to maximize their strength potential to better serve them in everyday activities. You don't have to compete in Strongman to benefit from these classes but if you'd like to give it a shot we have what you need to get started.
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training
These are great workouts for those who want to get the most out of their time in the gym to lose weight, gain strength, increase energy and regain mobility. They are designed to get you in and out of the Gym in an hour or less. During these workouts you will either rotate through stations (Circuit) or perform exercises simultaneously with the group for pre set work and rest intervals. Individuals can adjust their workout by increase intensity or weight but we can all start and finish together.


Kettlebells
Great for Core Strength and Burning Calories
Kettlebell workouts offer a wide range of benefits, including improved strength, cardiovascular fitness, and core stability. They can also enhance power, balance, and coordination, while promoting functional movement and even aiding in fat loss. Kettlebell training engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, making it an efficient full-body workout.
